Elisiario Cunha serves as the Vice President of Solutions for Ericsson Federal Technologies Group (EFTG). With more than 30 years of global leadership in the telecommunications and ICT industries, Elisiario drives the alignment of advanced, secure wireless technologies with complex U.S. government and defense mission objectives.

Throughout his career, Elisiario has specialized in translating sophisticated, next-generation network architectures into scalable, high-performance solutions. His extensive 15-year tenure at Ericsson includes spearheading strategic, large-scale technology initiatives for key federal partners, major global carriers, and critical infrastructure providers. Prior to joining Ericsson, he spent 15 years in telecom operations with industry leader TIM Brazil, where he built and led high-performing engineering and technology teams across North America, Europe, and South America.
